01Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Basic plan costs nothing, needs no card, and does not expire. It covers up to 300 orders a month with unlimited products, an online store, POS, QR menu and the loyalty program.
02What happens when I pass 300 orders in a month?
Nothing breaks. We will let you know you are close, and you can move to Pro for unlimited orders whenever it suits you.
03What does "for the first 12 months" mean on Pro?
₹583 per month is the introductory rate for your first year on Pro. We will tell you the standard rate before it changes — there is no automatic jump you have not been shown.
04Can I change plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard; your catalogue, customers and loyalty points stay exactly as they are.
05Do you take a commission on my orders?
No. Waakif never takes a cut of what you sell, on any plan. You pay the plan fee and nothing else.
06Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Every plan is configured from a dashboard on your phone or laptop — no code, no hosting to buy and no plugins to maintain.
